Dr. Popper holds BA and Ph.D. degrees in Applied Mathematics / Computer Science from Harvard University.

William Serrao

Mr. Serrao offers clients the benefit of 21 years of experience as a Partner at PwC Consulting and an industry leader at IBM Global Business Services where he served clients in the Media & Entertainment and Telecommunications industries.  Bill also was a systems development manager at Prodigy Services Company (an internet startup) and a Signal Corps officer in the US Army specializing in battlefield computer systems.
Bill’s skills and experience include:

• Information Systems strategic planning, outsourcing, applications development, and project management.
• Package systems implementation, specializing in SAP and also including Oracle, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
• Financial and Supply Chain Management including sales forecasting, inventory management, order management, sales analysis, accounts receivable, cash collection and financial reporting.

Mr. Serrao holds a BS degree in Applied Science and Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY and an MS in Business Management from the City University of NY.
