Abstract: Sustainable compliance programs are simple, effective, and make good business sense.  They share information, administration, and reporting, leverage other governance initiatives, and are focused on ensuring integrity.  Sustainable compliance programs do not focus on the ‘compliance requirements’ per se, but instead document the good management practices established throughout the organization, and demonstrate how good management aligns with applicable requirements.
